What is GetYourSats?

Is it really self-custodial?

The wallet is designed for user-controlled signing keys, not custody by GetYourSats. Protect your recovery method and verify it before storing meaningful funds. Available recovery methods depend on your device.

Can I receive USDC or USDT as sats?

Supported cross-chain routes can receive USDC or USDT and deliver sats. Compatible routes can also send stablecoins from your bitcoin balance. Routes, providers, supported networks, fees and limits vary by wallet and availability.

Do I need to buy a whole bitcoin?

Not at all. Bitcoin is divisible into 100 million sats. You can hold a single sat or build toward your own goals over time.

How do Lightning payments work?

Lightning lets compatible wallets send and receive bitcoin quickly. You review the payment details and fees before sending in the wallet.

When can I use Merchant POS and recurring buys?

Both are coming soon. Merchant tools are being refined around real Lightning settlement and receipts. Automated fiat purchases require supported regional payment partners.

Can I receive sats from home mining?

GetYourSats can receive Lightning payments from compatible payout services. Your mining pool or solo-mining setup must support a payout method the wallet accepts.
